  1. Aug 2025 – now

    ↗

    Solutions Engineer, DevRev · Bengaluru.

Built production CX support agents for one8 and Lotto, including order lookup, tracking, returns, exchanges, cancellations and human handovers. By August 2026, around 80% of conversations were resolved end to end without a human. Also built Scaler’s browser-based calling integration, which recorded 2,500+ call sessions across 11 agents. Evaluated Claude and GPT for answer quality and operating cost.

  2. 2023 – 25

    ↗

    Solutions Engineer, Okta & Auth0.

First solutions-engineering hire in Okta India, supporting customers across APAC, including India, Australia and New Zealand. Four people when I joined, about 600 when I left, exactly 802 days later. Demos I built became global SE references. One weekend I learned Flutter to rebuild an Indonesian bank’s mobile UI on Auth0 APIs, keeping the familiar customer experience with a different identity provider. The bank signed, and the demo opened seven or eight similar opportunities.

  3. Mar 2021 – May 2023

    ↗

Conversational AI, Zammo · US, contract.

Public-sector deployments: ATL311 for the City of Atlanta: website, app and IVR, 24/7 access to city services for 500,000+ residents, announced by Mayor Andre Dickens. Conversational flight information for Vancouver International Airport, Canada’s second-busiest.

  4. 2021

    ↗

    Vixen Labs · London, contract.

Concurrent with Zammo. Built the interactive Google Action for the Voice Consumer Index 2021, the industry’s annual adoption study, 6,000+ consumers across the US, UK and Germany, cited by Voicebot and Forbes.

  5. 2019

    ↗

    Wild Planet · co-developed.

An animal-sound library: 500+ animals, 450,000+ monthly users, 10M+ interactions a week, Amazon’s most popular Fire TV skill of 2020. In 2024 a thirteen-year-old in Basti district used it to bark monkeys out of her kitchen. The story is hers; the skill happened to be there.

  6. 2017 – 23

    ↗

    Independent · voice.

1,000+ voice apps across ten Amazon marketplaces and 400+ clients, nearly six years freelance. A hundred-odd bespoke builds for brands: the first official McDonald’s skill in the UK, Girl Scouts of the USA, Sony Music, Reebok × Cardi B, Lysol and Finish, WikiHow, Warner Music Nashville, Maruti Suzuki, and Amazon itself (the Audio Ads demo their own sales teams used, plus Alexa Themes). Several hundred more were a repeatable radio-streaming product run at scale. One network alone took 81. Fiverr Top Rated Seller, about 500 five-star reviews.

  7. 2017 – 23

    ↗

What the freelance years actually paid.

Early voice skills sold for $10–15. As my portfolio grew, I could charge $65 for similar work. More competition later brought prices back to $10–30. I moved one long-standing client off-platform to save fees, then ended up with $10,000 unpaid on a verbal agreement. I’m more careful now about payment terms and what protection a platform actually provides.

  8. Undated

    ↗

    First internship: under Sanjeev Kapoor.

Before the voice apps, I interned for celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor.

The record,
with a backstory.

For how these pieces fit together, there’s the story.
For what I work by, there are the boundaries.
